ACME Crafts products are available in a fixed set of finishes. Please discuss your desired finish with our customer support team to ensure you receive the best quality product.
For solid wood products, slight grain variations may be visible. There may also be a slight difference in finish between the actual product and the 3D designs displayed on our website.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery Timeline:
Team ACME Crafts is dedicated to dispatching your products within 5 to 7 days. However, in exceptional situations such as transport strikes, riots, or natural calamities (like floods or earthquakes), the estimated delivery time may exceed the promised timeline. In such cases, you will receive updates about your order, and we will prioritize the delivery of your products as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these exceptional circumstances, as your support is essential for us to continue serving you with high-quality furniture.
Custom Products:
For custom products, which are manufactured from scratch upon order, delivery times may vary.
Pin Code Restrictions:
Please note that the standard delivery time may not apply to specific pin codes.
Delivery and Installation Charges
Delivery Charges:
There are no delivery or hidden fees. However, free delivery applies only to the first delivery attempt to your specified address. If a delivery is missed (due to customer unavailability), an extra charge will apply for subsequent attempts.
Installation Conditions:
Installation will depend on the delivery condition of the product, which can be referenced on the individual product pages before purchase. No exceptions will be made to this rule.
Product Delivery Checklist
When your product is delivered, please ensure the following:
- Inspect for Damage: Check all external surfaces for breakages, cracks, chips, or insect infestations.
- Dust or Finish Issues: If the product appears dusty or lacks shine, our delivery team can address this on the spot.
- Report Damage: For scratches or cracks, inform the delivery personnel and our customer support team immediately. A carpenter will attempt to resolve the issue on-site or arrange for a follow-up visit.
- Assembly Verification: Ensure that all products requiring assembly are assembled by our delivery team.
- Wall Mounting Instructions: Decide the exact location for wall-mounted products prior to delivery and inform the delivery team.
- Stability Check: For floor products, check for stability; if there’s an uneven leg, we will install bushes or provide a replacement if necessary.
- Seating Products: Sit on seating products (e.g., sofas) to ensure stability and check for fabric defects.
- Storage Inspection: Ensure the insides of storage products (like drawers) are well-finished and free from splinters.
- Natural Wood Characteristics: Understand that hardwoods have natural grain patterns and slight stain differences, which are generally acceptable.
Post-Delivery Responsibility:
Once the delivery team has left your premises, ACME Crafts will not be liable for any damage resulting from mishandling or rough usage. Any damages reported after delivery will be the customer’s responsibility, and no replacements or refunds will be issued for such cases.
Product Appearance
Product Representation:
ACME Crafts strives to deliver products as described on the website. However, due to the nature of natural materials, each piece of furniture is unique. We cannot guarantee the exactness of the finish or appearance beyond generally acceptable standards.
Refund Process
Eligibility for Refunds:
If you are eligible for a refund, the process is as follows:
- Refund initiation requires the pickup of all canceled items from your premises.
- Once received back at our warehouse, a refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
- Refunds will be processed via NEFT, cash, or the original payment method. Processing charges may apply depending on the order.
Single Delivery Option
To receive all products in one delivery, ensure they are from ACME Crafts. If items are from different vendors, you will receive them separately, as each vendor has different shipping times.
Newsletter and Communications
By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive communications and newsletters from ACME Crafts via SMS and email. You can unsubscribe at any time as outlined in the newsletters.
Mattress Terms of Use
100 Nights Trial:
The 100 Nights trial begins upon delivery. You may return the mattress for a full refund within this period, provided it is in the same condition as received. We recommend trying the mattress for 30 days, as it may take time for your spine to adjust.
Verification Process:
Upon a return request, we will check for damages or stains. ACME Crafts reserves the right to determine refund eligibility.
20-Year Warranty:
Our warranty covers sagging, deformity, or shrinkage beyond 1 inch and splits in foam. It does not cover staining, misuse, or damages due to unauthorized service. Only the original purchaser with the invoice is eligible for warranty claims.
Wallet Terms of Use
Referral Program:
- Existing customers (referrers) can share a referral link with new users (referees) to earn INR 500 in their wallets.
- The referral link can be shared with multiple contacts, but only the first 10 contacts to sign up will receive the referral bonus.
- Both referrer and referee will receive INR 500 in their respective wallets after successful sign-up.
- Wallet funds are not transferable to bank accounts and can only be used in amounts not exceeding 2% of the product price during checkout.
- Each referee must have a unique phone number and email ID to sign up.
